Market Overview for 2016 The stats are in! During 2016 Clark County experienced a continued shortness of inventory. Pending sales, closed sales and new listings all increased. According to RMLS: Activity increased in 2016 compared to 2015. Comparing all of 2016 to 2015, closed sales (8,880) increased 5.8%, pending sales (9,074) increased 3.3%, and new listings (10,947) increased 3.0% . The low inventory levels are keeping prices very steady. The charts below show our inventory levels from 2014, 2015 and 2016.   Market time in 2016 was significantly less compared to 2014 and 2015. These listings are in high demand and are selling very fast!
